My Story

I was born into a world of opposites—good and bad, right and wrong, night and day—a world where things are closely related yet fundamentally different, like two sides of a coin.

And like everyone else, I’m faced with the challenge of scaling this world.

Like you, I have to define success on my terms and go after it at all costs.

I have to embrace life’s ordeals, knowing that whether I encounter victory or defeat, I’m accountable for my actions at all moments.

During this journey, I’ve had my wins and losses, good and bad moments, for which I’m grateful.

However, if privileged to retrace my steps, I’ll ditch the wrong choices for the good ones.

Because overall, I prefer to win. I love the euphoria of winning. And want to have as many wins as possible.

But the sad truth remains:

I’m stuck in this game of life, and here, wins and losses are a given.

So, as much as I love to win, I know I will sometimes lose.😓

So how do I scale…

  • How do I make confident choices, knowing they won’t always yield the desired results?
  • How do I learn to trust my instincts and follow my heart, knowing I will sometimes fail?
  • In a sea of sameness, how do I confidently pick a side?

Well, for one, I can always arm myself with more information.🙂

Just that learning never ends. 🥺

And there’s still this talk of information overload and overthinking going hand in hand.😓

After much ado, I’m left with an easier yet tricky concept:

Relying on a recurring WHY—building life around deeply held beliefs, life-enriching principles, a just cause, or transcendent themes.

Yes, that’s my magic find: learning to live and work by a willful WHY: larger-than-life principles I believe to be forever true.

As generic as this sounds, I’ve come to realize that when my actions arise from a place of deeply held beliefs—life-enriching principles synonymous with a just cause or a sense of belonging—I feel safe and confident about my decisions regardless of the outcome.

I become motivated and inspired to put in more effort. I go the extra mile, take the extra steps, and even pay a premium to see it work.

Having faith or belief in anything makes me deeply invested. It drives my passion and keeps me working at it even if success seems far off.

Hi Tobi,

I really enjoyed reading your article! It’s really cool to see how we’re getting better each time. You nailed the requirements and added your own creativity.

Awesome job and keep it up!

And now, I know I’m not alone:

Over time, I’ve met and worked with many like-minded folks—men and women with a deep belief in the cause they set out to achieve.

People with high moral tags, profoundly held principles, life-enriching attitudes, and inexplicable faith in what they do. Folks who ALWAYS start with WHY.

I admire these people and love that I can be a part of their journey, not as a passive participant, though, but as someone actively contributing his quota.🙂

So, to help individuals like myself find and pick the right tools for their everyday work-life and creative endeavors, I ventured into the world of themed software comparison.

What I do

I’m a SaaS content writer with a flair for themed comparative content—simple write-ups that help people understand how a tool fits into their creative lives, values, and beliefs.

I create comparative content that helps SaaS brands spotlight the recurring WHY behind their everyday activities so potential users can easily connect each brand’s essence to the functionality of their product.

I use comparative content to help SaaS brands paint genuine, evergreen narratives that can evolve, blend, and grow—narratives not limited by time, trends, or a changing landscape.

It’s also my way of ridding readers and myself of SaaS comparison BIAS—the badmouthing and sugar-coating SaaS brands that don’t know better engage in, hoping to win subscribers.

I write for myself and soulful SaaS brands that require my services, e.g., XRguru, Heatmap.com, TrueFanz, Sender.net, etc.

Here are the types of comparison content I create:

 💣 Product review pages

💣 Rivalry (X vs. Y content)

💣 Three-way comparisons

💣 Top alternative to X blogs

💣 Best X tool blogs

    What I don’t do

I don’t create content that gets subscribers to sign up for a SaaS because of generic claims that the tool is best in class or offers the lowest price. Nope!

I get them to sign up because they know how your offerings fit into their lifestyle and creative processes.

I don’t create content that makes people feel compelled to sign up because of a countdown timer that never runs out or other manipulative strategies. Nope!

My content makes them sign up because they are inspired and confident that your tool is what they need, so they will choose your SaaS over and over again.

I don’t create content that gets subscribers to sign up because they are confused about whether to choose your SaaS or not and are quietly just testing the waters. Nope!

They get to sign up because choosing your SaaS is an intuitive, gut decision propelled by your brand’s WHY—the enriching themes, faith, and beliefs behind your brand.

    Wins I’ve Scored

Here are stats from a recent SEO writing exploit to fortify Sender’s organic presence within the United States.

    • Created 110 SEO blogs (28 comparison content) to rank Sender for 2000+ organic keywords.
    • Contributed to an overall traffic spike from 49,000 to 92,000 organic search visits per month.
    • Wrote SEO blogs to give Sender’s authority score a leg up (60%) and increase its Semrush domain ranking to 88.9K.
    • Optimized 30+ guest posts to fortify Sender’s backlinking strategy and help the brand’s image gain more currency.
    • Worked in sync with Sender’s content marketing team to rank 19k keywords and attract over 22k traffic within the US.
    • Used SurferSEO to find pillar/cluster page keywords and optimized 60+ blogs to rise through the ranks.
